Empathy and having a therapeutic connection is critical for the counseling process to be effective. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where people can freely talk. I strive to make your counseling experience both positive and effective, with each session dedicated entirely to your needs. As a team, we will collaborate to discover the most effective ways to reach your goals. I’m here to support you.

Connection and understanding are powerful. This group is a supportive, affirming space for neurodivergent adults (ADHD and/or Autism) to connect, share experiences, and feel seen without needing to mask or explain.
We meet once a month to talk openly, support each other, and explore what it means to navigate the world as neurodivergent individuals. No formal diagnosis required.
